Friday Frags offers delivery and collection options where available during checkout.

Available delivery methods, areas, and estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location and the products ordered.

Delivery dates are estimates unless explicitly confirmed by us.

Live coral shipments require someone to be available to receive the order where applicable.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

Incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or delayed collection may affect eligibility for refunds or claims.

We take great care in packaging live coral to ensure safe arrival.

If livestock arrives dead on arrival (DOA), you must notify us as soon as possible after delivery.

Claims may require clear timestamped photographs or video evidence showing the condition of the livestock in its unopened packaging and immediately after opening.

DOA claims may be rejected where delivery was missed, the package was left unattended due to customer instruction, incorrect address details were provided, the order was not unpacked promptly, or sufficient evidence is not supplied.

Where a valid DOA claim is approved, Friday Frags may offer a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund at our discretion depending on the circumstances.

Shipping charges may not be refundable unless required by law or where the issue was caused by us.

Courier delays, severe weather, transport disruption, or events outside our reasonable control may impact delivery times.

We reserve the right to delay shipment where weather or courier conditions may risk livestock welfare.

Collection orders must be collected at the agreed time where applicable.

Failure to collect live livestock promptly may affect eligibility for claims, refunds, or replacement.

As part of our sustainability initiatives, Friday Frags may accept eligible packaging returns.

Returned packaging must be reusable, clean, and in acceptable condition.

Acceptance of packaging does not automatically guarantee credit, points, or discounts unless explicitly stated in an active promotion.
