Friday Frags is a UK-based online retailer specialising in live coral frags and aquarium-related products.

These Terms of Service apply when you use our website, place an order, purchase or redeem a gift card, or participate in our community features.

Due to the nature of live coral, colours, shapes, patterns, and sizes may vary from product images.

Coral appearance may differ depending on lighting, water chemistry, aquarium conditions, and acclimation.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their aquarium is suitable before purchase.

We are not responsible for livestock losses caused by unsuitable tank conditions, incorrect acclimation, incompatible livestock, equipment failure, or customer error.

Friday Frags may offer loyalty rewards, points, XP, referral bonuses, or similar promotional programmes.

Points have no cash value and may be removed where abuse, refunds, cancelled orders, duplicate accounts, or technical misuse occur.

We may offer incentives for returning eligible packaging as part of our sustainability initiatives.

Returned packaging must be approved by us and returned in acceptable reusable condition. Damaged, contaminated, incomplete, or ineligible returns may be rejected.

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. Orders are subject to stock availability, payment verification, fraud checks, and delivery feasibility.

All prices are displayed in GBP (£). Prices may change without notice.

Payment must be completed before goods are shipped, collected, reserved, or before a digital gift card is issued.

Payments are securely processed through third-party providers such as SumUp. We do not store full payment card details.

Friday Frags Digital Gift Cards can be purchased online or created by an authorised administrator for an in-store purchase.

Gift cards are delivered by email to the recipient address supplied at purchase. Customers are responsible for checking that the recipient email address is correct.

Gift cards can only be redeemed on the Friday Frags website and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Gift cards may be used across multiple orders. Any unused balance remains available on the same gift card.

Where an order total exceeds the available gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using an accepted payment method.

Gift cards cannot be used to purchase another gift card, and promotional codes cannot be applied to the purchase of a gift card.

Friday Frags Digital Gift Cards currently do not expire.

Gift card codes must be treated like cash. Anyone with access to the code may be able to redeem it.

Friday Frags cannot replace balances lost because a code was shared, stolen, disclosed, or used without permission, except where required by law.

Gift cards are non-refundable once issued, except where required by applicable consumer law.

We may suspend, cancel, or refuse a gift card where fraud, abuse, misuse, or unauthorised activity is suspected.

Tank of the Month is a Friday Frags community feature for approved customer reef profiles.

Submitting a tank does not guarantee approval, publication, or selection as a winner.

Friday Frags may review, approve, reject, remove, or hide submissions that are incomplete, inappropriate, misleading, or unsuitable for the community.

By submitting tank photographs and information, you confirm that you own the content or have permission to share it.

You grant Friday Frags permission to display submitted tank images, profile details, and updates on the website and in Friday Frags promotional material relating to the competition.

A Tank of the Month winner may receive 100 Reef Points, a £10 Friday Frags voucher, and a featured position on the website, subject to the current promotion rules.

Rewards have no cash alternative and may not be transferred unless Friday Frags agrees otherwise.

Only one current Tank of the Month winner may be displayed at a time.

The featured winner may automatically stop appearing after 30 days, although previous winners may remain visible in the Hall of Fame.

Friday Frags may remove a winner early where necessary, including where content is deleted, rules are breached, or misuse is discovered.

Friday Frags' decision regarding approval and winner selection is final, subject to applicable law.

Delivery and collection options are shown during checkout.

Delivery dates are estimates unless explicitly confirmed.

For live goods, someone must be available to receive delivery.

Live coral and livestock are subject to our DOA policy. Claims may require prompt notification, clear photo or video evidence, and compliance with our claims process.

Claims may be rejected where delivery was missed, delayed due to customer action, incorrect address details were provided, or evidence requirements are not met.

Non-live goods may be eligible for returns under UK consumer law.

Live goods are perishable and may be excluded from standard return rights where permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods.

Discount codes must be used according to their stated terms.

We may withdraw promotions, cancel incorrectly applied discounts, or refuse orders involving abuse or misuse.

Where a technical error results in an unintended discount, we may correct or cancel the order.

Promotional vouchers, including Tank of the Month vouchers, may be limited to one use, linked to a specific account, and subject to an expiry date or other conditions shown when issued.

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, upload malicious code, use bots for abuse, or disrupt normal site operation.

Community submissions must not include unlawful, abusive, misleading, infringing, or inappropriate content.

We may restrict access, remove content, or suspend features where misuse is suspected.

To the extent permitted by law, Friday Frags is not liable for indirect losses, courier delays, email delivery delays, or losses arising after successful delivery where caused by customer tank conditions, acclimation, incorrect information, or circumstances outside our control.

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order or gift card where legally permitted.

Use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Personal data may be processed for order fulfilment, gift card delivery, payment processing, fraud prevention, community features, customer support, and site operation.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Nothing in these Terms limits or removes your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
