Gift Card Terms & Conditions

🎁 General

• Friday Frags Gift Cards are digital gift cards issued by Friday Frags.
• Gift cards can only be redeemed at www.fridayfrags.co.uk.
• Each gift card has a unique code and balance.
• Gift cards are delivered digitally by email.

🛒 Redeeming Your Gift Card

• Gift cards can be used towards eligible products available on the Friday Frags website.
• If your order total is less than your balance, the remaining value stays on your gift card.
• If your order exceeds your balance, simply pay the difference using another payment method.

💳 Gift Card Balance

• Your balance can be checked online at any time.
• Customers with a Friday Frags account can also view gift cards linked to their account.

🎁 Purchasing Gift Cards

• Gift cards can be purchased online or in-store.
• Gift cards may be sent to yourself or another recipient.
• Please ensure the recipient's email address is correct before completing your purchase.

📧 Gift Card Delivery

• Digital gift cards are emailed once payment has been successfully processed.
• Friday Frags cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by incorrect email addresses, spam filters or third-party email providers.
• If a recipient does not receive their gift card, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

🔒 Security

• Gift card codes should be treated like cash.
• Anyone with access to the code may redeem the balance.
• Friday Frags cannot replace gift cards that have been shared, lost, stolen or redeemed by someone else.

💷 Refunds

• Gift cards are non-refundable.
• Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Gift cards cannot be returned once issued except where required by law.

• Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Gift cards cannot be used to purchase another gift card.
• Gift cards may not be resold without permission from Friday Frags.
• Friday Frags reserves the right to cancel any gift card where fraud or misuse is suspected.

⚠ Fraud Prevention

• Friday Frags may suspend or cancel gift cards where fraudulent activity is suspected.
• Additional verification may be requested before activation or redemption.
